FleetDesk didn’t start in a boardroom. It started as the software one tour company built to run its own days, because nothing on the market fit how tours are actually sold.
Every booking platform assumes the same thing: you publish a fixed departure at a fixed per-seat price, and customers click buy. That works for a zip-line. It doesn’t work for a private tour, a custom group, a full-day charter, or a family that messages you asking what you can do for six people next Saturday.
So most operators run on a spreadsheet and a phone. We did too. Then we built the tool we actually needed: paste the inquiry, quote the group, take a deposit, dispatch the guide, send the guest a clean ticket link, and chase every lead that goes quiet.
